Alan Wallace Lucid Dreaming Series

Came across this today and wanted to post it for anyone interested in deep discussion on lucid dreaming and dream yoga. This is the first of a 13 part series (all available at this location). This is about 13 hours of material. I just started listening, but I imagine it is a good companion to these other Alan Wallace resources:

Thanks a lot Chuck. I've just ordered a few books to try to get into lucid dreaming (Waggoner, LaBerge), and I didn't know Wallace had also written on the subject (I've got the Attention book you mentioned).

I'm always glad when I see you reappear here again. :)

All your stuff on lucid dreaming has been great Chuck.

I'm still not there though I've gotten to the point where my dreams are vivid and rather easy to remember. Hoping I can make the leap into control...perhaps we'll even meet in the Dreamscape some day. :)

That's really cool. I believe it is a matter of the power of concentration combined with the application of awareness. I think if we were able to study natural lucid dreamers we would find that combination in spades. So I think you will be there before you know it. I'm still reading both the Wallace books. I haven't listened to the Wallace lectures yet, but it is on my list. I'm expecting it to cover what is mostly in the dream yoga book. Be sure to check out that dude on Reddit that I have pointed out a couple of times. His stuff is also really good.

I'd much rather meet in person--you eat such awesome food. Alas I believe we live on opposite coasts.

Salud!

Chuck have you ever been in a shared lucid dream?! That would be to amazing.

Bob

No. The frequency of my lucid dreams are rather low unless I am really working very hard with intention. I'm working on increasing attention and mindfulness with the expectation that increasing these will naturally increase my lucidity in both the awake and dreaming states. I expect that this may take from 1-5 years to really get where I want to be.

Linda (FLS) on this forum is a very frequent lucid dreamer. You might PM her with questions and she would likely respond. :)
