As the materialist stranglehold on academia falters, I suspect you'll be seeing more and more immaterialists declaring themselves publicly and more tolerance for even parapsychology.

This is a good step in the right direction of getting materialist evangelical bias out of the science classrooms.

Slowly the paradigm is changing, in 100 years Randi, Shermer, Hitchens, Dawkins would be looked at as average at best celebrities
If the paradigm shift is a sine wave, maybe, but if it is a straight line then it might be the other way around. Compare the old celebrity scientists like David Attenborough and Patrick Moore to the likes of Brian Cox and Richard Dawkins and you will see what I mean.
