Mod+ Remote Viewing resource thread

#1
I'm starting this thread as a place to post interesting links to remote viewing resources. Unlike the NDE thread, I don't mind if there is some discussion of the topic as well.

This interview with Daniel Sheehan makes some interesting claims about the remote viewing program run by Hal Puthoff. At about 25 minutes into the video, he states that Ingo Swann and Pat Price participated in an experiment in Canada that was designed to test psychic influence being projected via technology on a large group of people. He says Pat Price had an 85% success rate in trying to influence a population in Michigan.

Personally I'd never heard of this helmet and 'transmission' dish before - I had always assumed, and I think it has been proved with Faraday cages, that psychic ability doesn't work electromagnetically (if this is what is being claimed).
What I find scary is that a huge number of people can travel 500 plus miles to an obscure post office to file their income tax forms because of coercion of one, or a bunch, of remote viewers.

Keep in mind that Persinger's work was all about finding technology to enhance psi. Reducing EMF (by sitting inside a Faraday cage) seems to enhance psi functioning. Perhaps there are other ways to enhance psi that haven't been made public.

It makes me wonder if the radio frequency broadcast was turned into a carrier wave by their mind through some sort of quantum entanglement.

Science has yet to detect the underlying mechanism/s of remote viewing with scientific equipment. I want to see experiments with someone like Jason Padgett https://www.amazon.com/Struck-Genius-Injury-Mathematical-Marvel/dp/B00JDSI868 . He suffered a severe brain injury and began to see the world as fractals & light as pi https://jason-padgett.pixels.com/ . I want Jason in a room with a remote viewer; and other Psy related detectors; random number generator, gamma ray detector, gravity detector, thermal cameras etc and use Jason as another piece of 'scientific equipment'. And what he sees while creating a remote viewing target. In the same way a biological eye can detect a single photon but laboratory equipment requires a supercooled chip to achieve the same results. https://www.nature.com/news/people-can-sense-single-photons-1.20282 . Here we have someone who can possibly see the underlying geometry of reality. Until we make a camera can do the same, we should be using his abilities. We might be able to correlate to a means of scientific detection and proof of remote viewings mechanisms. If his experiences were validated, sky's the limit on where science could go. Jason isn't the only one; everyone who interfaces with reality differently could help us view further behind the veil. I want to know what we find when we start pointing human 'detectors' at each other during scientific experiments.

nice... Reminds me of an interview I just heard on batgap.com w/ Rupert sheldrake. At about minute 40 they were talking about using con. As a scientific tool.

Have you seen Gary Nolan's recent work?

Interesting.. I remain curious on how someone can call themselves a materialist yet believe in psi phenomena. Psi phenomena by its very nature involve dislocating consciousness, which if the materialist perspective is correct, should not be possible. You can't have your cake and eat it, too, as they say. You cannot accept psi phenomenon and a physical explanation of consciousness in the same breadth.

Savants in particular offer fascinating insights into consciousness. They suggest that memory is much more extensive than we thought, and it may be that we can remember more than we give ourselves credit for. It is also interesting that they exhibit such high recollections of information, considering at least part of the connections to their frontal hemispheres are impaired. No one understands exactly how savants are able to remember every single detail of every day, while the average person struggles to remember what they had for breakfast in the morning. Perhaps studying the brains of savants can offer valuable insights into memory and altzheimers.
