The Extra-Terrestrial Hypothesis (ETH) is the most logical conclusion for the majority of the objects/phenomena. Calling it phenomena is good, because there is a sentient intent which is very clever in not revealing its scope, but objects are what they are since the gun camera footage verified by the Navy locked onto an object. Case reports indicate numerous species.
If one considers the logical assumption that the singularity occurred billions of years ago in a distant galaxy, then there may be that presence as well and humans are feeding the cloud to birth a new singularity, so we might have some minuscule interest to such a behemoth, but logic would state this is not an uncommon progression. Many reports of living ET include the information that the ship seems alive and there appears to be some commonality against machines that mimic living beings, unless perhaps some of the many species lumped together as the grays are biologically enhanced machines (biology is great nanotech).
The evidence seems to point to ETH! Parallel universes and time travelers may be fancifully possible, but would only account for an extremely small percentage of the phenomena if they are involved at all. Life is everywhere and profoundly fecund.
A more advanced race from another world does not imply moral integrity, compassion, or love. There is no indication that all intents/agendas are working together. However, some of the more advanced species would have understood the implications of NDE and OBE and have advanced psychic abilities. Parapsychology has many peer review experiments verifying PSI in humans and so an advanced civilization which found ecological balance to survive for a long time in a civilized state may have evolved to a psychic level which is hard for us to comprehend. Being psychic does not imply being a loving species. There is every indication that as the sixth great extinction gains momentum and the cascading collapse of the biosphere increases speed, the engagement has increased.
Thank you Alex for the intelligent interview and for pushing against the white washing 'phenomena' - 'it could be anything' disinformation.
